• Experience in performance evaluation and recruitment
• Good communication skills
• Skills and knowledge in data analysis
• Proficient and understanding of customer service and financial matters
• Proficient problem-solving skills
• Good decision-making skills
• Technologically literate
• Commonly fluent in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian
• Able to operate MS Office
